When does a device qualify for manufacturer refurbished?

Devices get refurbished by a manufacturer for many reason, for example:
- Customer change of mind returns
- Ex-demo or display stock
- Damaged (retail) packaging
- Surplus retail stock
We never know the reason why a specific device is being refurbished by the manufacturer. You can be assured that the product looks, feels and operates 'like new' including the battery life expectancy.
